1 – Private Residence Abu Dhabi

This contemporary private property in the centre of Abu Dhabi provides a luxurious urban living experience.

The private property features a trendy contemporary design and fit-out, modern furnishings, custom finishes, and a bright, open plan layout that allows natural light to flow in through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

2 – Nanda Residence Dubai

The Emirates Hills Signature Villas, designed by Sir Michael Hopkins and constructed by Frayland LLC, are regarded as the major address on The Montgomerie golf course and are noted for their contemporary Arabian design, sophisticated refinement, and distinctive flair.

Emaar’s first offering of modern Arab style architecture in its Emirates Hills development is the villas’ Arabesque architectural design. Luxurious interiors, constructed with modern furniture and the highest quality materials, offer a feeling of timeless elegance that is both classical and comfortable.

ATG Interiors was hired to complete the interior fit-out for this luxury villa, which included a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite master bedrooms, guest bedrooms, family spaces, a spa and gym, a private wine bar and an art room, and even a private theatre room.

3 – Wynn Palace

This one-of-a-kind and beautiful luxury property incorporate traditional Arabic design and fit-out throughout, in the style of a luxury Majlis.

The luxurious carpets, vibrant artwork, and traditional accessories awaken the senses and transport you to bygone Arabian souks.

Marble and carpet flooring, brushed champagne metal embellishments, ornamental gold leaf paint, and walnut solid wood are all key components.

4 – Cé La Vi Dubai

When CÉ LA VI, one of Asia’s most well-known and stunning rooftop bars, came to the UAE, they picked ATG as its fit-out partner. Fit Out, FF&E, and MEP was all part of our interior contracting services. A sky bar, restaurant, sop histicated club lounge, and spectacular pool deck are among the features of the 14,000-square-foot o utstanding facility.

The CÉ LA VI crew was determined to bring the outdoors inside. The breathtaking central indoor-outdoor bar surrounded by stackable windows to open up the inside of the venue to the 360-degree wrap-around terrace, and a 180-degree glass façade to enable the beautiful city views directly into the venue, were key to our scope.

Their team employed customised mushroom leather panelling for the walls and windows, as well as GRG panel column cladding with ornamental concrete impression paint on the pillars, to enhance the indoor-outdoor sense and reduce sound reverberation.

Innovative lighting and sound design was also crucial component, culminating in the installation of high-tech, zone control LED lighting and a sound system to allow the mood settings inside and outdoors to be modified. The finished result was a high-class restaurant and lounge that can transform into a bustling, electric indoor-outdoor rooftop bar at night, matching Dubai‘s colourful “city of lights” mentality.
