1 – Young Family Villa

Niu Studio designed this project for a young family with the goal of creating a warm-looking place in an informal atmosphere with a relaxed appeal while incorporating recognisable characteristic items in each room that represent the uniqueness of their one-story Dubai property.

They employed a basic palette of pastel blues and natural colours, with pops of colour added to each living area through distinctive soft furnishings and original artwork from well-known Italian artists.

Marble flooring and a wood parquet combination are natural materials, with handmade wall-to-wall carpets.

2 – Pure Luxury Villa

This seven-bedroom, 1200 m2 villa in Dubai was designed by Niu Studio to create a setting of ultimate luxury – a home packed with a personal art collection set against a harmonic backdrop of earthy tones ranging from beige to caramel, tan to ochre.

They adjusted components of the original living room to open up the ground floor and create an intriguing place for entertaining while creating the interiors and landscaping of this spectacular property.

Luxury Italian marble and travertine were put on the villa’s floors and walls, while raw materials such as transparent crystal and calacatta gold marble in the baths contributed to the creation of an extravagant and unique interior.

3 – Artistic Penthouse

Niu collaborated with the owners of this two-level, five-bedroom duplex penthouse in Dubai, who want a home that reflected their young, fresh personality, with enough of space to party and showcase their enormous collection of modern art.

They performed a thorough interior architectural analysis before redesigning the living rooms to create private and public spaces.

The lighting was a key aspect of the design for Niu Studio, with concealed lights in the ceiling to properly showcase the client’s many artworks, and extra rooms developed to accommodate any future projected art acquisitions.
