1 – 5 Star Heritage Resort

As one of the UAE’s top design companies, they realised the immediate potential of a location encompassing a date farm, on a desert oasis with more than 100 trees, all planted by its owner.

The main building is hidden amidst the natural landscape as the architecture blends in with the dunes. The lobby has a traditional falaj irrigation system servicing the outdoor spa, whilst also watering the date palms on the site.

Their team was tasked with the design of 250 rooms, villas, four restaurants, public areas, a spa and treehouses.

2 – Citymax Hotel Dubai

Located in prestigious Business Bay in Dubai this facility needed to be upgraded. As a Dubai-based practice their team’s knowledge of customer expectations enabled successful renovations of suites, the hotel lobby, its lobby café, restaurant, pool bar, spa, gym and executive lounge.

Key themes required by the client and successfully implemented were trendy, young, and inspiring. Their team bought to life the slogan little extras, max difference by attention to detail.

3 – Luxury Villa in Dubai

A high-end four-bedroom villa for a family of five is located in one of Dubai’s newest communities – Dubai Hills.

Their team of interior designers was tasked with the design of the living and dining area as well as the master bedroom interior design. With an open-plan kitchen and adjacent dining area, we created a seamless transition between the living room and dining room area.

Our client wanted a home that radiates both luxury, warmth and comfort so the emphasis was on natural materials and natural earthy shades for the wall colour and upholstery.

4 – Luxury Villa Design in Dubai

This luxury villa is located in the heart of Dubai with easy access to the main arterial roads. The residence has four spacious bedrooms, a study and two family rooms.

Their client wanted a resort-style look and feel, so their team was tasked to carefully blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas, creating a seamless experience between the two. Their custom-designed large bi-fold doors, allow maximum light to flow into the space.
