The Iconic Penthouse is a perfect reflection of their client’s personality and features an exquisite combination of materials, including marbles, textiles, woods, and different colours, all of which were meticulously researched and chosen in conjunction with the project’s furniture, artwork, and lighting to give it a distinctive personality.
The First Floor is for private use and includes a spacious master bedroom, spa, and hair salon. The Ground Floor is for social use and includes interconnected lounges, guest bedrooms, terraces, a theatre, and a swimming pool.
With double-height walls, spectacular linear sculptural lighting, and the natural features of vertical gardens and waterfalls, the Entrance Hall, on the ground floor, is a sumptuous vertical design that creates a wow impact from the moment you enter the house. It takes you to the dining area, which is decorated with a combination of metal, marble, and wood. It adds colour to the huge, double-height space, makes it intimate, and at the same time incorporates it subtly into the professional kitchen through a glass.
A design with opulent materials, and good vistas are all that are required for the perfect living space. Carefully chosen furniture becomes the focal point of the room. The remarkable and alluring design of this main space of the penthouse is completed with stones with imposing textures and textile designs that evoke nature. The inclusion of a magnificent hanging lamp that adds beauty with its crystals is made possible by the double height. The aquarium between the dining room and living area is quite amazing.
The pool room is created as the VIP section of the games, a more private environment, with soft and pleasant materials. It also features a really great abstract painting and ornamental fire extinguishers in glass capsules that yell modernity. The lighting and interior design of the luxury gaming room, a lounge consisting of a bar/lounge and a discotheque, are intended to represent the opulence and seduction of nightlife. This space is simultaneously modern and traditional and soft and delicate but sensuous. An eye-catching combination of hues and leathers on the crocodile skin adds a contemporary and opulent touch to the walls.
It is a unique, pleasant place to halt time because of the combination of marble that contrasts the light and dark colours of day and night, as well as the wonderfully warm and indirect lighting. Additionally, the terrace’s ambience is great for unwinding throughout the day yet promotes nonstop partying.
The Lounge, one of the most exclusive spaces in the home, is the last stop before you can enjoy the breathtaking aerial views of Dubai. In close proximity to the stairway that was created to resemble the course of water through the rocks, providing a unique environment of opulent audio-visual comfort.
The design of the walls and furnishings, which combines hard elements like leather and fabrics with soft ones like leather and mirrors, produces a cosy and harmonious atmosphere that beckons you to seek refuge. The backlit onyx stone, which serves as both the focal point and artistic creation, is a key component of the design.
